Radical Acceptance Session

By embarking in this journey with me, you will be guided, seen and supported throughout the whole process experiencing a safe, supportive relational space that keeps you focused and accountable in your own healing.



This session follows the RAIN mindfulness technique first coined by Michele McDonald, and later on adapted and expanded by many psychologists, including Tara Bach - the method we will be using.

RAIN

The acronym for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture, a tool to bring awareness, mindfulness & compassion to difficult emotions.

One session takes about 30-40 minutes and can be done in person, or online. Continuing as partners over time allows for a deepening trust and safety, this is why I highly recommend booking a minimum of 1 month.

We will agree from the beginning whether the practice will be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and set a minimum of 3 sessions.
